These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "User", "you") and detik55 ("the Platform", "we", "us", "our") governing your access to and use of the detik55 website located at https://detik55.cam, including all associated services, games, features, promotions, and payment functionalities.

By registering an account, making a deposit, or otherwise accessing any part of the detik55 platform, you confirm that you have read, understood, and unconditionally agreed to be bound by these Terms in their entirety. If you do not agree with any provision of these Terms, you must not use the platform.

To register and maintain an active Account on detik55, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at all times:

• You must be a natural person acting on your own behalf, not as an agent or on behalf of any other individual or legal entity.

• You must have full legal capacity to enter into binding agreements under the laws of your jurisdiction.
• You must not have had a previous detik55 Account permanently closed due to a breach of these Terms.

detik55 reserves the right to request documentary evidence verifying your eligibility at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory verification within a reasonable timeframe may result in Account suspension and withholding of pending withdrawals pending investigation.

Registration on detik55 is free of charge. Each individual is permitted to hold only one registered Account at any given time. The existence of duplicate or multiple accounts associated with the same individual — whether identified by name, address, device, IP address, payment method, or any other identifier — is a material breach of these Terms.

During registration, you are required to provide accurate, current, and complete information. This includes but is not limited to: your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, valid email address, and preferred payment method. Providing false or misleading information during registration is grounds for immediate Account closure and forfeiture of any outstanding balance.

KYC Verification: Prior to processing your first withdrawal, and at any point thereafter at detik55's discretion, you may be required to submit one or more of the following documents:

• A copy of your national identity card (MyKad) or valid passport.
• Proof of residential address issued within the last three months (e.g., utility bill, bank statement).
• Proof of the payment method used for deposits (e.g., screenshot of e-wallet account registered in your name, bank statement).
• Any additional documentation reasonably requested by detik55's compliance team.

You are responsible for keeping your Account login credentials confidential. detik55 will never contact you to request your password. If you suspect your Account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must notify our support team immediately via live chat.

detik55 accepts deposits and processes withdrawals in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR). All Account balances are maintained in MYR. The following payment channels are available to Malaysian players:

• E-Wallets: Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay — minimum deposit MYR 30, processing time instant.
• Online Banking / FPX / DuitNow: Maybank, CIMB, Public Bank, Hong Leong Bank, and other FPX-supported banks — minimum deposit MYR 100, processing time 5–10 minutes.
• Cryptocurrency: USDT TRC20 — minimum deposit MYR 100 equivalent, processing time 15–30 minutes (subject to blockchain confirmation).

Withdrawal Conditions: Withdrawals are only processed to payment methods previously used for deposits on the same Account. detik55 does not process withdrawals to third-party accounts. All withdrawals require completed KYC verification. The minimum withdrawal amount is MYR 50. detik55 does not charge platform fees on standard MYR withdrawals; however, network fees apply to cryptocurrency withdrawals.

detik55 reserves the right to conduct enhanced due diligence on any withdrawal request that appears unusual in size, frequency, or pattern relative to a Player's account history. Such reviews may result in a temporary hold of up to 5 business days while investigation is completed.

detik55 offers a range of promotions, including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback offers, birthday bonuses, and referral rewards. All promotions are subject to the specific terms published at the time of the offer, in addition to the following general conditions:

• Bonus funds are non-withdrawable until the applicable wagering requirement has been fully met. Most detik55 welcome bonuses carry a turnover requirement of 15x to 25x the bonus amount.
• Unless otherwise stated, bonus funds must be used within 30 days of being credited. Unused bonus funds will automatically expire upon the expiry deadline.
• Minimum odds restrictions may apply to sports betting bonuses. Bets placed at odds below the specified minimum will not count toward wagering requirements.
• detik55 reserves the right to exclude specific games or game categories from contributing to wagering requirements. Contribution rates vary by game type — live casino games may contribute at a lower rate than slots.
• Bonuses are available to one Account per household, device, IP address, and payment method. Attempting to claim bonuses using multiple accounts is considered bonus abuse and will result in account suspension.
• detik55 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any promotion at any time without prior notice.

In the event of a discrepancy between a promotion's published terms and these general bonus conditions, the specific promotion terms shall take precedence.

All bets placed on detik55 are subject to the specific game rules applicable to each product — slots, live casino, sports betting, lottery, and arcade games each operate under their own set of published rules, which are accessible within each game or product interface.

The following general betting rules apply across all detik55 products:

• A bet is considered confirmed and binding once it has been accepted by the platform and a confirmation reference is issued. Players cannot cancel or amend a bet once confirmed.
• detik55 reserves the right to void any bet placed on an event where the outcome was already known at the time the bet was placed, where a pricing error occurred, or where the bet was placed in violation of these Terms.
• In the event of technical failure during a live game session that cannot be recovered, bets may be voided and stakes refunded at detik55's discretion. No compensation beyond stake refund will be offered for technical interruptions.
• Sports betting markets are subject to settlement rules specific to each sport and event type. In-play bet settlement is governed by verified official data sources. detik55's settlement decisions are final.
• Maximum win limits apply per bet, per game, and per day. Specific limits are published within the relevant game or product interface.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on detik55. Engaging in any of the following may result in immediate Account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and where appropriate, referral to relevant authorities:

• Registering more than one Account on the platform.
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration or KYC verification.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any technology to interact with the platform in a manner not intended for human use.

• Using funds known or suspected to originate from illegal activity to deposit on the platform.
• Harassing, threatening, or engaging in abusive conduct toward detik55 staff or other players via any communication channel.

detik55 is committed to promoting responsible gambling practices. We provide a suite of player-protection tools accessible from every registered Account at no cost:

• Deposit Limits: Players may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit caps. Limits take effect immediately when reduced; increasing a limit is subject to a 24-hour cooling-off period.
• Session Reminders: Players may configure in-session time reminders to monitor gambling duration.
• Cooling-Off Periods: Players may request a temporary suspension of their Account for a defined period of 24 hours, 7 days, or 30 days.
• Self-Exclusion: Players may request permanent or extended self-exclusion. Self-exclusion requests are processed within 24 hours and cannot be reversed for a minimum period of six months.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the platform for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes only. This licence does not permit you to:

• Reverse-engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code of any software component of the platform.

Any unauthorised use of detik55's intellectual property is a breach of these Terms and may give rise to legal action.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, detik55 and its directors, officers, employees, agents, and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the platform, including but not limited to loss of winnings, loss of data, or interruption of service.

detik55's total aggregate liability to any Player in connection with any claim arising under these Terms shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that Player in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

detik55 makes no warranty that the platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from technical defects. Scheduled and unscheduled maintenance may result in temporary service unavailability. detik55 will use reasonable endeavours to minimise downtime but cannot guarantee continuous availability.

detik55 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:

• The Player has breached any provision of these Terms.
• The Player has provided false, fraudulent, or misleading information to detik55.
• The Player's Account is subject to a court order, regulatory requirement, or law enforcement request.
• detik55 has reasonable grounds to suspect money laundering, fraud, or other illegal activity in connection with the Account.
• The Player is found to be a resident of or accessing the platform from a Prohibited Jurisdiction.
• The Player has engaged in conduct detik55 reasonably considers to be harmful to the integrity of its platform or other players.

A Player may voluntarily close their Account at any time by contacting our support team via live chat. Upon voluntary closure, any real-money balance will be returned to the Player's verified payment method within 5 business days, subject to KYC requirements being met. Bonus balances are non-refundable upon Account closure.

detik55 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated to registered Players via the email address associated with their Account and/or via a prominent notice on the platform homepage.

Amendments take effect from the date of publication on the detik55 website. Your continued use of the platform following the publication of amended Terms constitutes your acceptance of those changes. If you do not agree with any amended Terms, you must cease using the platform and close your Account.

It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically. The "Last Updated" date at the top of this page indicates when the most recent revision was made.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable international online gaming regulations and the laws of the jurisdiction in which detik55 is registered. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the relevant jurisdiction.

In the event of a dispute regarding the settlement of a bet, the outcome of a game, or any account-related matter, the Player must first raise the issue with detik55's support team via live chat. detik55 will respond to all formal disputes within 5 business days.

If a dispute cannot be resolved through direct communication with our support team, Players may escalate the matter by submitting a written complaint to our designated compliance contact. detik55 commits to completing its internal review within 14 business days of receiving a formal written complaint.

In all disputes relating to game outcomes, the transaction logs and game server records maintained by detik55 shall be the definitive and authoritative source of truth.
